I teach the Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing, Level 1 and Level 2, in Cambridge, UK. Reiki 1 can be taken online.
Level 1 of the Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing focuses on self-healing.
In these difficult times, it is more important than ever to bring loving energy to our world.
My level 1 course introduces Reiki energy and focuses on self-healing practices. I introduce guided meditations for balance, chakra clearing and protection. There is also guidance on how to bring reiki healing to family and close friends.
I will provide a manual and also a certificate at the end.
I teach level 1 in six 1-hr sessions, normally over six weeks. One-on-one or group sessions are available. £125
Level 2 brings us a deeper connection with Reiki energy. We learn three symbols to help us with self care, clearing spaces and bringing healing to others. There is a focus on giving others healing, building on foundations learned in Reiki 1. I will provide a manual and a certificate at the end.
